R&M Software Introduction

R&M Software was "born" February 21st, 2004 and is the name of my software development "company". Some people have asked what the letters R and M stand for, and there isn't much of a story behind it...they're just the initials of two nicknames I had in high-school (Ree and Manning).

Although R&M only came about in early 2004, I've been developing software for much longer, since 1995 or so. Previous to the R&M name I released my products under the MannSoft name, which was short for Manning's Software. I outgrew that name though, and that's what prompted the switch in Feb of '04.

www.RandM.ca is my primary online presence, which I use as my "company's" homepage. Here you will find information about R&M products/services and find the only official downloads for R&M software.

My Other Web Sites

In addition to www.RandM.ca, I also have www.RickParrish.ca, www.GameSrv.ca, www.fTelnet.ca, and www.DianaParrish.ca.

The first site is my own personal web site. I haven't had time to do much with it yet, so right now it just serves as an online photo album.

The second site is dedicated to one of R&M's most popular products, GameSrv. I'm not sure why it needed a domain of it's own, I guess I just felt like it!

The third site is dedicated to R&M's other most popular product, fTelnet (and HtmlTerm). Also could have been hosted as a sub-page of this site, but domain's are cheap!

And the last site is my wife's personal web site. Currently it hosts a few samples from her photography portfolio.
